Starting a new job as a manager... top tips?

I've just started a new job managing a team of 4 (professional/qualified roles and have been told team are nice and no performance issues)

I've only had one management role previously so I'm still fairly new to it.

Any top tips on how to be a good manager when you're the new girl?

I met my team briefly to say hello today then have individual meetings planned in late this week.

Want to get off on the right footing!

Yes, don't go in all guns blazing making commitments to improve the way they do things. Work with them find out what they do and how they do it. Listen to your team.

Then once you know it all change what needs changing.

Be polite and friendly but be mindful it's difficult to be a 'friend' if you are the manager. And getting too friendly can make it really hard when you have to give negative feedback, deny leave requests etc. So keep a bit of professional distance.

Be kind, be respectful and listen.

If you say you'll do something do it. If you can't do something explain why.
Trust them.
Admit when you're wrong.
