There's a job I'm interested in.
It is written out at 80% but says they are open to job sharing at any percentage. I would love to apply, but the most I could realistically do would be 40% and that would be a huge push (child with SN, DH now allowed to wfh a day or two a week). I wonder if I should apply but make no mention of the percentage or specify in the cover letter that I could do 20-40% .
