Hi just reaching out . I'm a 48 year old woman/mum who has a 11 year old child with ASD. I worked in childcare for many years. Returning to the industry is hard as I have no one to care for my son pre or after school, and all the school holidays, Ideally i really need to work again however in school hours and term time. A TA I realise sounds ideal however I need to be at my own sons school promptly for pick ups at three pm so getting a role to allow me to do that would be hard. Also I'd like to re skill in more admin work as i get older. Has anyone got any ideas I'd really be grateful. Thanks.
