I juggle full-time work with caring for an aging relative. Work comes first. Does your company prioritise childcare over elderly care?

previous employer -neither tbh.
my children weren’t their concern so they expected me to find someone else to look after my DC when they were too ill to attend nursery/school & they would be the same about needing to look after DH or an elderly relative.

this employer accepts shift swaps/toil/unpaid leave when we can’t come in for whatever reason.
