Work difficulties and meeting with the boss

Since starting in my current job I have had lots of niggles, I am quiet and find it quite clique at times. There has been very little in the way of induction or support and after airing some of my frustrations with my LM I have been asked to meet with manager. When I get frustrated I get upset how can I ensure that this doesn't happen?

I would focus on process not people and frame it as positive new options. So something like " When new people start it would be really helpful to have someone outline all the different areas and how we fit in, plus a buddy assigned for the first two weeks until they settle in".
