Struggling to talk…

Whenever we have a meeting on Teams I can’t seem to find my voice. Anymore than two people talking and I just can open my flipping mouth.
I feel I come across slow and it’s beginning to really bother me!

How can if I find some confidence to say what I think?

Perhaps just make notes during then at the end of the meeting when asked if anymore business you can bring up some of these? If no one’s noticing and you’re not being asked in the meeting then don’t stress about it though.

Are these large meetings? Normally people will follow the Teams etiquette of virtually raising their hands, so they can be called on to speak - which makes it less stressful.

It sounds like you know what you want to say, I would definitely be making notes as @CantHaveTooMuchChocolate suggests, so you've got something to refer back to.

How are these calls being managed? If there's no-one in charge it will be very difficult for lots of people to speak up would be my guess. You're probably not the only one feeling this way.
