Nhs domestic assistant interview help please!

Hello ladies and gents.

Tomorrow I have an interview for a hospital cleaner, I am really stressed and nervous, does anyone know what they might ask me? I am afraid I'm going to mess it up. Any help would be very much appreciated thankyou.

They might give you a couple of scenarios and will probably ask what qualities that you have that you can bring to the team.

You could mention things like you like people, being flexible and enjoy team working.

A scenario might be tell us about a time you had to be flexible,
You need to give a situation, what you did and what the result was (STAR technique if you want to Google).
when I worked in a cafe they were really short staffed in the kitchen so I offered to help out with making the sandwiches. Even though it was really busy, we got through the work together bla bla bla

How do you think you would cope with people who might be confused.
If you have experience here, you could talk about that. If not perhaps you could say something like, I know if it was a member of my family I would want them to be treated with kindness & dignity

You might be asked about confidentiality - answer you don't discuss patients outside work.

Thankyou so much I appreciate the help, I have tried doing some research incase they ask me about things like coshh and what challenges are they currently facing and the nhs core values etc, im just terrified ill say the wrong things, I get my words muddled up a lot too especially when I am nervous
