I've handed my notice in. Gave one month's notice as per my contract. Am owed 8 days annual leave by month end. Boss has asked me if I want to leave on 19th with a full month's pay or 11th pro rata'd. I feel a bit diddled because if I leave on 11th I will be owed 7 days max and I'll be a bit short next month, but I know my notice has pissed him off and he's going to be a pig to work with. Wwyd?
