Self employed Cleaning

I have been self employed cleaning now for a while and have two clients. Anyway my client list has just got a lot bigger with word of mouth which is great as I have been wanting more cleaning work. But I just wanted to ask if any of you are cleaners and how you work with your clients. My houses I clean are like 4/5 bedroom homes and these new ones I'll be getting are 5 bedroom with like 4 bathrooms.
What would you class as a deep clean and what would you class as a short clean, hours and what work to do in them times.

For example if I did a full deep clean one week like 4 hours and a short week the next how many hours would my short clean be and would it just be kitchen and bathrooms?
Would be nice to hear some feedback on this, so hopefully I can get some tips.

I expect my cleaner to do the whole house every week ( normal dusting of surfaces and hoovering, cleaning kitchen and bathroom). I wouldn’t want a deep clean one week then just kitchens and bathrooms the next.
If I want a deep clean I book this separately. I suppose it depends on what your clients what.

Well my clients I have now I do everything every week, but another has asked for a deep clean one week then a short the next? Not to sure on this till I see him what he means and wants?

My cleaner (who is my friend!) cleans the whole house every week. It’s 5 beds but realistically one room she doesn’t do weekly as it’s not used and the other bedroom is an annex which is a study so mainly it’s 3 beds. Sometimes she might not do a room I have downstairs that’s not used weekly.

I’d ask them what the priority is for the week after the deep clean, if it’s going to be a short clean.
