Hi everyone I'm due to start as support staff in a primary school after the Easter holidays. Just wondering how term time only pay works? I'm assuming annual salary will be divided by 12 and paid evenly each month. But will the way they calculate this be different as I'm starting towards the end of the school year? Any info appreciated
