Hi all!
I basically want to retrain in something that’s either freelance or flexible. I have no idea where to start but I want to start a business (probably something to do with web development or something along those lines).
My drive is to be able to work from home, take care of my kids when needed but also (obviously) earn a good wage!
I’m degree educated, was manger level in previous jobs so I’m confident I can do it and I know I have time to do it (a year or more).
Did any of you retrain? If so, to what? And what was your drive! Did you succeed? I’d love to hear other peoples stories!
