Do your research. I work for the civil service and we use something called success profiles so you know what you’re being scored on. Not sure if you’re able to know how they score you? Just remember that they are asking you about you, and you know about you! Ensure if you’re giving example you’re saying what you did, not what we (as a team) did. We recommend the STAR guide when giving examples - situation, task, action and result. Sometimes people add an extra R at the end for review, so lessons learned.

Good luck! I’m applying for promotion at the moment so have quite a few jobs to apply for and had my first interview in 15yrs a couple of weeks ago. They said it would be 4wks until I heard though
