Hi, I own my own business I have recently changed to a limited company from a sole trader so I can claim maternity pay rather than maternity allowance, I will only be able to take 3 months off then will go back part time ( this is what I'm so excited about as I've worked my ass off full time for the last 23 years ) have any other business owners out there with any good advise?
I've got a good team running my business whilst I'm off but do feel like I'm more flexible as in I can just pop up if I need to keep my hand in. But I am the main money earner so is there any thing else for me to be a where of?
