Job offer questions

I’ve been offered a new job. I have an email with some basic information and if I agree, a full contract will be issued.

The email says salary which is acceptable plus pension but it doesn’t say how much. Is it ok to ask?

Secondly, the email doesn’t say their sickness policy, ie if I’m paid or not? I am not off much at all. 4 days in the last 3 years but I would be keen to know if that would be paid or unpaid/annual leave. How is best to ask that or do I just ask?

You need to see your contract, all of this should be included in the contract. If you don't like it, don't sign and see if you can negotiate.

Nothing wrong with asking.

Just ask for details of pension and sickness policy. They will probably just send you a link to their policy pages?
