Hi all, need a bit of advice. Accepted a job of 22.5 hours a week (so 3 days a week).
Got told actual salary was £19,800
Had offer letter through and it says £19,800 (pro rata).
Contract says basic salary/per annum £19,800.

If my take home salary for the 3 days is £19,800,then that's not pro rata is it? I need to go back and ask for them to amend offer letter I think.

I’d call and clarify which is right?

£19800 pro rata would be about £11880 per annum

Perhaps it is an autocorrect of pro-rataed. ie the £19,800 is the amount after a full time rate has been adjusted down to 3 days. Just call and ask for clarification in writing that the amount you will actually earn is the £19,800
