Hi all, as females I was wondering whether anyone has ever experienced sexism in the work place or during an interview process? Do any of you feel like it is hard to be a female alongside being a solicitor? I am asking these questions as I am just wondering whether and how the recruitment process and industry in general could be improved? Would you consider going back into the industry as a locum as this is more flexible? What would attract you to a locum role? All suggestions and comments kindly welcomed.
