Exit interviews

Do you think it's worthwhile attending and how are you in the interviews? I want to get lots off my chest but tbf it's stuff I've (and others) already told them numerous times. Our staff turnover is reflective of how people feel.

It largely depends on whether you need a reference.
But in all honesty, I don't think much notice is taken of what is said in an exit interview.

I'm currently awaiting mine. I intend to be honest but not brutal because I don't believe in burning bridges in regards to employment.
