Can anyone advise when your contractual sick leave entitlement "restarts"? I recently returned to work after a long term absence where I was fortunate to receive full pay followed by half pay for the remainder of absence.
After accrued annual leave had been given etc I returned to work after what became a years absence.
I'm not intending on going off unwell (don't think anyone every does!) but have just realised that if I did I may have exhausted my contracted sick pay entitlement...
Does anyone know when this would "restart" to my previous entitlement? Don't want to ask work as they may feel I'm taking the p*or intending to go off sick again which I'm not!!
