I am at a job where the manager is so incompetent and insensitive that 3 members of staff left within 6 months of him joining the team. My supervisor's workload is increasing a lot due to public demand and making her stressed. This manager has told her to pass me some of her tasks.
Now she is getting paid 9k more a year so I don't know why I am expected to do the same work for less money. There will be a lot of admin involved so she can go on visits to customers instead. It just seems I am expected to keep picking up everyone else's stress when they won't recruit extra staff.
