NHS sick pay help please

I'm hoping someone can help me with my NHS sick pay entitlement please.
I'm currently pregnant and haven't been too well during this pregnancy and really starting to struggle.
I would of been working for the NHS for 3 years in October. Looking at the entitlement it says 4 months full pay in the third year of service. Does this mean from October or from this year?
I'm really confused by it all.
Any help welcome please.

Yes it means from October. Taking sick leave during pregnancy can trigger early maternity leave so please look into it all properly before you make any decisions (or you may end up having to return mich earlier than you intended).

It doesnt trigger mat leave until 36 weeks.

Thank you.
So would I be entitled to the 2 months full 2 months half? Or more?
It totally confuses me!
