I am a quiet person generally and relatively new in my current role. I have never been someone that goes for coffee every day with the work gang or jumped straight in and offloaded my life history on people. Although in previous posts have been that trusted person you can rely on for support in any shape or form. Always had good relationship with my bosses although lacked developmental support. My current role I am seen as a bit odd as I don't overly mix with the dept., I regularly check in with colleagues and will chat to anyone passing. My initial experience of the dept was not good in terms of a few people oversharing of negative views/feedback on previous staff, which put me on alert. Have been thrown under the bus recently by one of my bosses despite having done more than enough to remedy a situation and I feel as I am undermined and almost patted on the head my another manager, who is new in post but who I feel I have supported him more than he has me. If I push back or make a suggestion about anything, I can see the bubbles rising in new manager. So generally feels a bit pants at the moment and whilst I know I am the problem in some shape or form I don't know how to change it without compromising who I am
