How long does a job application take you on average?!!

Is it as long as me.

I've got a standard cv and various templates so it depends on the application process of course.

Currently doing a behavioural one for public sector. On day 2 and suspect it's another day or two of almost full time work!

Is it me, or is this what it takes?!!! SadSad

Lol, yes those types of jobs do seem to make you jump through a lot of hoops. Everything to do with recruitment has become automated now - is that what is happening to you?

I have never been successful even in getting an interview when I've gone through an automated process and I work in the care industry. The only times i'm successful is when I've done a paper application.

Much longer than I would like it to.

I've got various CVs, lots of covering letters/supporting statements to draw on, but it still takes time to pull out what I need for a particular post, reword it if necessary, check I've correctly navigated the idiosyncrasies of their particular application form etc etc.

Best of luck.
