Holidays and leaving work

My mind is like mush this morning so please can anyone help?

If I have taken 3/4 of my annual holiday quota by the end of the summer but then leave work in August, would I have to 'pay back' this holiday as August. I assume it's worked out on a pro-rata basis and that I wouldn't be entitled for a full year's holiday quota given I would be leaving?

Assuming your holiday year is January to December. You would need to work 3/4 of the year (so to the end of September) to not owe them anything back, if you took 3/4 of your holiday.

They usually take anything back in your final wage. Or if they owe you, pay it in your final wage.
