Long term sick and work

If you have been on long term sick and returned to work how long did it take you to feel like you did before you went off sick?
I was off sick for 15 months have been back 10 months but still feel a bit lost at work and still have very low confidence in my ability.

I've been off sick since September 2021 (cancer) I'm due to go back in 5-6 weeks or so and part of me is looking forward to it and part of me is dreading it.
