How to find a Picking/Packing job to do from home?

I have been searching for some work for a friend to do from home, I'm searching for picking/packing job to do from home (for example clothes labels, boxes packing things inside, or inside plastic packaging etc). I haven't been able to find anything online, I have heard that in these kind of jobs the equipment is delivered to your house and then you pack the items. Has anyone heard of these kind of jobs or are these now only available at a factory?

This was an awful scam years ago iirc and it seems it is happening again.

The scheme looks very flexible and easy to work with, offering you the opportunity to choose when you work and enabling you to fit your work around your existing life, but may involve paying a fee to get you started.
The work itself could involve filling envelopes, assembling products or selling goods or services through your own website. In some cases, fraudsters may tell you there are faults with what you’ve done to avoid paying you. In other cases, the products you’ve bought or made are worthless.

I’m not sure these jobs actually exist to be honest
They tend to be scams

They're all scams. Don't lose your money.
