Hybrid / 4 day week

We just got hybrid confirmed on friday I was off amd im off next week.2 days wfh and 3 in the office. I work.a 4 day week. Im wondering if ill be allowed to do 2/2 or will I need to be 3 days in the office any managers or supervisors here to .tell me what way they woukd do it for employees on a 4 dsy week. Thanks

I think it depends on if they want people in the office for 60% of their working time or a minimum of 3 days.

It could be either. The only way to get a definitive answer is to ask your work.

It may be that they have decided which days of the week they want a particular team to be in. So your team might be in Mon - Wed and at home Thu- Fri and you would do your four days wherever the rest of the team are.

But no rules on this, you can only ask.

Ours is percentage based so mine would be pro rata’d down. I’m hoping I can use the pro rata allowance to have a bit more flex during the school holidays.

I am 4 days pw, and I was told we are expected in 3 days (as per 5 day full timers) - I said I'd be in 2 dpw and my line manager agreed it.

There's a 60/40 split essentially, but that doesn't work for part timers/flexible hours, and so each person just makes their own representations to their manager.

Just tell them what you want to do, and see what reception you get?
