Does anyone have any experience of going through Early Conciliation or a Tribunal because they are a protected group?

Your employer will drag it out as long as they can so that your case becomes 'out of time' so you need to be very mindful of the tribunal deadlines. Also - join a union. They helped me enormously. Lawyers however were very hesitant to take my case on.
