Work stress and anxiety

I get stressed at work to the point it affects my well-being. Just cancelled my Saturday plans as I didn’t sleep all night.

At 6am today I woke up and the only thing I could do to ease my racing mind was to open my laptop and work. (I know this is an unhealthy coping tool.)

Was wondering if anyone else experiences this?

I have had professional help (CBT) and coaching which was great. I also moved from a high conflict job to a much easier job with better balance. (Although now I beat myself up that I am getting like this in the easy job - I know it’s my fault and not the job’s fault)

Just looking to hear from other people who are similar regarding work to feel like I’m not so tragic and alone.

I don't really have much advice but I understand how you feel. I'm sorry that you're struggling. I find that meditation and mindfulness help. Also exercise, even though I am not a natural exercise lover!
