Hi guys. Just after some advice. So I have kidney failure and I am losing my transplanted kidney, ive had a rough couple months trying to save this kidney. Anyway, I've been off work a while so my work refered me to occupational health. I had a meeting with them and they said I am not fit for return yet and should be reviewed again by one of their doctors in six weeks. They sent this report over to my manager. Do I need to keep giving fit notes during this period since it wasn't my decision? Also, I'm guessing this isn't a choice? Because despite this meeting, my manager still asked me if I was returning to work on Monday lol.
