I fell into HR after graduating and I have reached a middle/senior level. I used to work in regional roles but the amount of travel and hours are completely incompatible with family life.
Can anyone recommend any careers I could retrain in? Im in the SW so that can limit career options as it takes so long to get to the rest of the country. I have a BSc and MSc and I’m reasonable analytical. I would ideally need to earn 50k+.
