Hi I'm wondering if anyone has some advice.
I was due to go back to work in March after my maternity leave ended, I had a meeting with work and they have an offices building and warehouses.
They have sold the warehouses and all the staff are being made redundant.. here's my issue.
When I went on maternity they have hired someone to do my job under a different role name in the office. They have now told me there is no role for me to come back to and made me redundant..... even though someone else is doing my job.
I am going to get hold of citizens advice but wondering if anyone can help sooner or knows if I have a case of discrimination? As I'd still have a job if I didn't have a baby!!
