NHS Interview - Competency based questions

Hi

I have finally landed an interview in a NHS admin based role - band 6. The interview invitation says that they will be asking "competency based questions". Does anyone working in HR/ as a recruiting manager in the NHS know what they may ask?

Thank you in advance

Congrats I don't work in NHS but do public sector.

I used interviewlogy coach to help me with competency based questions

Also spending on when your interview is it may be worth submitting a few FOIs for questions to various different trusts. May be refused but you may get one released

The last band 6 interview I went for a couple of years ago they asked me " If you were a trust value which one would you be ". Also got asked that for an NHS band 3 one recently so the trust must like it !!
