Pregnant, within probation period

Ive started a new job, I have told them I am pregnant, so they are due to be carrying out a risk assessment (etc) soon.

In terms of asking for flexibility, as I am in my probation period I'm thinking I probably don't have much right to ask really, but does anyone know if being pregnant increases my chances or any tips to help me convince them?

Mainly being flexible lunchtime so that I can reduce fatigue, as I WFH. Also possibly remaining to stay at home when it comes to the office opening again to protect myself from extra covid exposure. I am slightly anxious about it all.

What flexibility are you after? How far along in the pregnancy are you?

Mid way

I am looking for the ability to structure my day that allows me to be as productive as possible and reduce fatigue by halving my lunch break and having that very needed break in the afternoon. Or possibly starting earlier and finishing later.

This, as far as I can see will not mess with the work day as i work solely for the majority, meetings are rare.

I think that because your pregnant your vulnerable so can ask to remain wfh although depends on where your based.
