Not getting a break at work

I work alone in a taxi office during the evening.
It's not that my employer has said I can't have a break, but they haven't put anything in place to allow me to have a break (basically there is no-one here to cover me, the work is non-stop; phone is ringing, drivers need something done, problems to sort etc)
I do work 7.25 hour shifts and 10.25 hour shifts and occasionally 12hours. I believe this entitles me to a 15min break away from my desk.

I have approached my boss about this and was told they would sort something but nothing has been done.

Help. What can I do?

It is a minimum 20 minute statutory break.

Oh 20 mins is it? Thanks
Still how can I make employer give me this?

I was just reading up on this as I'm working in a school at the moment where we don't get any break at all.
