Hi, was just wondering if there’s anyone from the architectural / surveying industry around?

I don’t know many female architects so it would be lovely to chat!

This. I've worked with lots of architects, most of them are women!

Hey! 👋🏻

Well, I went to university with a few but lost contact. I’m in my 30s now and I’m in a very rural part of the UK. Our workforce is mainly men (20 people in the company and 2 female architects. The rest of the women are administration and finance)

I’ve just accepted a new role where there’s only 5 people and I’ll be the only woman. Blush

Ah. So I'm in central London and we have women in leadership roles and actually probably outnumber the men!

Are there any women in architecture events that run online? I have to say I do zero networking these days!

I’ll pretend that I’m not jealous 🤣

Good shout on the women in architecture idea! I’ll have a look.

I’m even wondering what to wear now as my new role is just men in fleeces and jeans. Previous role was more smart workwear.
