Going back to work, where to start!?

So I haven’t been in work since mid 2018, I had some health problems that became unmanageable so took some time out to get a handle on things.
I then became a carer for my grandad who had dementia and passed away at the end of last year. I’m terrified of getting back into work, I feel like I’m basically unemployable given my health condition and essentially being out of the workforce for so long so to speak.

Has anyone got any advice or tips on what to put on my CV?

Depends on previous experience and what you are applying for.

Some basic jobs don’t need experience or even qualifications and are crying out for staff.

You have learnt a lot probably in the last three years, think about those skills. Communicating with agencies, organizing your time, budgeting, all valuable skills

If you have experience of care work with people with dementia you are highly employable and jobs are plentiful
