So my boss doesn’t answer any emails or queries, unless senior member of staff are copied in. She literally has no engagement in anything, lots of work I have sent on to her has never been looked at or actioned. It is so demotivating.
I have no idea what she is doing all day but I have no support or encouragement on anything. I know I need to leave but how do I manage this until I find something else?
