Nursing Associate to Registered Nurse??

I am considering applying for a nursing associate role. I would be applying with a view to training as a Registered Nurse in the longer term, this is mentioned in the job advert.

Has anyone done this please?

Does anyone know how this works in practice?

Would I have to organise/fund this further study/training independently? If so, could I do the further RN qualification part time?

Thanks to anyone who can help with this question. x

Does your hospital offer secondment or apprenticeship opportunities into the RN qualification.? If not you will have to pay. Usually a 2 year top up to the NA . I have not heard of anyone doing nurse training part time. My hospital will finance the NA qualification and there is a very limited amount of RN finance also.
