How do you get 'in' with them?

Im applying for a position I'm pretty much qualified and skilled in, I've worked in trials before but not for a CRO (But in academia and NHS, so I have plenty experience working with these companies just not under them). Some of the CRO background people I have worked with have advised to try to get on board with them. The job positions want CRO experience, a lot say 'must have worked for a CRO'. I've been rejected a few times now of course.

Does anyone who work for them have any advice?

I don’t work for one bit used to have a few as clients and networked with them as well.
What sort of position do you want? Is it clinical?
Some are very specific and want very specific experience which can be an issue.
Are you on LI? I have a big Pharma network on mine and I often see jobs advertised on there.

I have moved from Academia/NHS research coordination to pharma. Please feel free to DM me Smile

I work for a CRO, what type of role/level are you applying for? I’ve worked at a few CROs and a lot of people switch roles internally so that could be an option for you.
