Any sustainability analysts on here?

I'm embarking on a big career change from something totally unrelated. I'm mid-GRI certification and have some business sustainability CPD and volunteer experience.

I'm wondering if the best approach is to get:

(a) entry-level business analysis certification (the ECBA from the IIBA)
(b) data analysis courses (and if so, anything in particular?)
(c) something else entirely
(d) none of the above because I won't find work as a sustainability analyst as a newcomer at the age of 45.

Appreciate your answers!

(B) is very sought after. I'd say look into this one.
My DH works in sustainability - very senior role.
I work in (A) - senior role.

Also there are certifications you can do that are specific to sustainability or masters (part time) that you could do.
