Maternity leave at EY?

I’m currently applying for a role at EY and want to know more about their mat leave, specifically when enhanced mat leave kicks in. Does anyone know if it is after 1 year of service (as I expect) or longer/shorter? I know other companies differ eg Accenture is at 6 months of service I believe.

Check your contract, surely it specifies in there?

I haven’t got the job yet! So wanting to know before I accept or not!

The big four publicize their maternity policies - it shouldn't be too hard to find it for someone considering a job with EY.

Hello, sorry to bring this thread back up but I'm in same position. The contract doesn't specify. Did you ever find out EY's policy?

I did (only once I joined by the way - the policy information you can find online is out of date). You get enhanced maternity leave as long as you are eligible for statutory maternity leave (ie - I think! - as long as you are not pregnant when you join). Good luck!
