Retrospective complaint about manager

Has anyone ever retrospectively complained about someone they worked with?

When I left, by the time my exit interview came around I just didn’t care and was happy to be out of there.

However, I still think about some of the unacceptable things my direct manager did. The company are probably aware she is a problem. I just hate the thought of her doing the same to her new direct reports.

Anyway, probably not worth it is it?

Nope not worth it.

I would be surprised if an organisation Did anything other than support their employee. You are just going to look like a disgruntled ex employee.

If you feel that something happened contrary to employer law, then you can consider pursuing an external claim, so long as you are not time barred.
