Make sure you read up on the school's safeguarding policy and know what to do around that. That's the most important factor.Talk about being happy to muck in and maintaining confidentiality and being reliable. Come across as friendly and personable and you should be fine.

Safeguarding will be an important one. Also multi tasking with kids can be difficult. Will it involve playground supervision and dinner hall? Think about health and safety of the children. Can you be fair but firm with the ones that are noisy or don't listen to instructions. Are you OK with sick or injured children.
Just show you are willing and able to muck in with all tasks. U may have to help with setting up the hall so be physically fit. And keep to the time schedule for each class.

I agree with the pps about the importance of safeguarding. There should be a school safeguarding policy on their website so have a read of that. And if they ask you anything about safeguarding (including how to handle a safeguarding concern) that you are not sure about remember it's almost always the right answer to say that you would speak to the school Designated Safeguarding Lead for advice (just make sure you know who it is).

Yes maybe something about inclusion too? For kids with additional needs.

Good luck Smile
