TUPE

Found out today. If anyone has been through Tupe could they talk me through what happens. There will be potential redundancy after that as well. (Although process has to be fair I am not in a good position to keep job). There would always have been potential redundancy (50 jobs down to about 30) but even if it happened so much easier if it was from within my current employer).

I went through TUPE quite a long time ago. My (large) employer tried to find me another job there but there was nothing suitable. I had further to travel with the new job and had fares paid for three years. I kept my long service. I was upset as I loved my old job but the terms and conditions were fair.
