Interview tips please

I have a zoom interview for a virtual assistant. I’m so unbelievably nervous! I haven’t had a “proper job” for 8 years as I’ve been home with the children. I’ve been self employed, and have worked from home doing book keeping, until a couple of years ago but this is the first interview I’ve had for so long. Any tips or advice, what am I likely to be asked. Where in my house is best to have the interview? So many things running round in my mind. Thanks in advance.

Best to do the interview in the quietest part of your house which has a neutral background. I've done about 4-5 zoom interviews over the years and have had a pretty good success rate. Make sure you occasionally make eye contact with the camera as it comes across well on the other end, but don't stare into it too much as you might look crazy. Don't have anything except maybe some water or notes on the table in front of you as they can be distracting. Dress like you would for an in person interview- helps the mind set.
I find focusing is difficult on the zoom but this could be my adhd so just be mindful of the people on the other end!
Good luck!!!!
