I got myself in such a mess.
I really needed a job with more hours and u found a carer job suited to that but I couldn't cope with the personal care. Anyways so after giving my resignation in I told them I wanted to stay but now I found a job thats better and doesn't involve things I wouldn't be able to cope with. So now I have to tell I need to leave again. 😒
I really want to leave without notice and say its due to personal reason (stress and mental health) I had suicidal thoughts today even though I'm on anti depressants . The manager there is so narcissistic and mean to us at times. She even picks on people she doesn't like says ridiculous things.
But I feel so stupid about resigning again in such short time! And I know they're talk about me I know they do anyway but still.
Need to been bothered by it.
