Hi everyone,
I have been with nhs since 5th July.
I have had 1 record of sickness when I had a tummy bug and today I have a bug which has bed bound me I'm quite poorly it wouldn't be possible to attend work. I also work on a front desk with cancer patients so I feel I can't take that kind of bug in there.
Anyway my point is that if I've had 2 sick days within my probation period is this bad. ? How many are you allowed before you hit a trigger?
Any info appreciated ☺️
