Discrimination after returning from maternity leave

Hope478 · 25/11/2021 20:34

Just wondered if anyone had any stories about how they dealt with distribution after maternity leave - what it was and how it was resolved?

Currently going through some dramas myself, regarding a pay rise I didn't get on leave.

Just wondering really, looking for some positive stories (I'm not the daily mail!)

None of the stories I've read on there so far have how they approached HR or what happened. It looks like everyone had to just quit. I'm feeling worse now!

You might be better off going to ACAS for advice. Positive stories won’t actually help you figure out what’s happened and whether or not you have a case against your employer.

That's not why I was asking for the stories, but thank you :)

That’s not why I was asking for stories

Then you are probably on the wrong forum. On this forum people generally raise issues they are currently having and ask for advice from some of the regulars who have HR / employment law knowledge. It isn’t really a story swapping kind of forum.
