I hope you can help me.

I've been offered a promotion at work and alongside this additional training to help with the new role.

Can anyone recommend a good management course? There are so many online but most of them like like a waste of time.

I would either go with CMI www.managers.org.uk/ or ILM www.i-l-m.com/learning-and-development/leadership-and-management-qualifications

I did the ILM level 3 and thought it was am excellent starter course.
