I am currently teaching and I have tlr responsibilities. I have been offered an amazing job which is not in teaching which is to start in January. I have spoken with my ht and written a letter asking her and governors to release me early. However, this was a week ago and ht has said she wouldn't be able to ask governors until this Thursday? It sounds doubtful that they will release me early. Can I just leave anyhow or will they sue me?
